Every Incinolet toilet includes free shipping anywhere in Canada.

For Yukon, Northwest Territories, and Nunavut, a flat shipping fee of $250 applies.

Replacement parts and bowl liners ship via UPS and are subject to standard shipping fees.

If your shipping address is not accessible, please arrange delivery to the nearest post office, courier pickup point, or freight terminal.

Please note: we cannot ship to PO Boxes.

Purchase orders are accepted. Include your PO number in the order notes below when checking out, and a PDF invoice will be provided from us after purchase.

Shipments should be inspected on arrival. Please notify us within 48 hours of any damage.

For freight deliveries, carriers may contact you to arrange a delivery time.

Weather and regional conditions can extend transit times, we recommend ordering early if you have a deadline.
