Where we ship

We ship within Canada only. Please refer to Incinolet.com for any international orders.

Free shipping for toilets

All Incinolet toilet models ship free anywhere in Canada, excluding the territories.

Territories flat fee

Yukon, Northwest Territories, and Nunavut ship for a flat fee of $250 per toilet.

Delivery times

Most Canadian addresses deliver in 2 to 5 business days once dispatched.

Remote and rural addresses may take 2 to 7 business days.

Delivery estimates are from the ship date and exclude weekends and holidays.

Parts and consumables

Replacement parts and bowl liners ship by UPS and use standard shipping rates. Shipping is calculated at checkout.

Carriers and tracking

Orders ship by UPS or Purolator. You will receive tracking by email when your order leaves our warehouse.

Order processing

Most orders ship the next business day. Large orders or low-stock items may need additional time. If there is a delay, we will contact you.

Damaged or missing items

Inspect your order on arrival. If anything is damaged, missing, or incorrect, contact karley@incinoletcanada.com right away so we can resolve it.
